When Paymetric was first approached by SAP in early 2008 about a new site being planned for the showcasing of SAP partner solutions we new we had to be a part of it from the beginning. What better place to advertize a complimentary solution for the SAP marketplace than on an SAP-run site dedicated to promoting partner solutions to the entire SAP ecosystem? Paymetric was proud to be a launch partner for the EcoHub site in October 2008.
I recently had the opportunity to participate in a podcast sponsored by SAP and hosted by Jon Reed of JonERP.com discussion the benefits EcoHub offers to SAP partners and to specifically discuss the benefit Paymetric has received from participation on the EcoHub site. I would hope that as you listen to the podcast you pick up on a few themes:
- SAP has developed EcoHub as a customer-focused site which allows SAP partners to provide information regarding their solutions and thereby give SAP customers a trusted source of relevant complementary solutions.
- SAP customers benefit from the convenience of a single site in which to find partner solutions, the ability to rate partner solutions or review partner solution ratings from other customers, download solution marketing materials or even view demos of partner solutions.
- EcoHub provides links from partner solutions to other SCN related partner blogs, wiki articles or SCN links.
Paymetric has already seen the benefits of participation on the EcoHub site and plans to continue to actively participate on EcoHub and other areas of SCN.
