It’s quite amazing how much you learn about your fellow “co-workers” when they take a few seconds to share something about themselves, I’m still amazed and what I have seen over on the wiki page.

Have you been watching? Have you done yours yet? I mentioned in a previous blog that we are not “coming empty handed” and I meant it, what I happen to have in my hands I’m not going to share just yet because I’d rather see everyone create their own video clip (or audio clip) because it’s a perfect thing to do to promote one’s self and in this massive sea of 1.6 million people how in the world does one start to stand out?

So out of those posted so far what have you learned? I smell a trivia contest coming up! Tell you all what from all the videos posted up until May 1st I’ll create a trivia game and anyone who will be at the SAP SAPPHIRE event can stop by and play!

It’s been a month since Craig asked for short video or audio clips, and while the quality has been impressive (or something), the quantity has not.  I only see 12 entrants so far: 1 each with animoto and blip, and 5 each with youtube and veodia.
To get the creative juices flowing, Blag, Thorsten and I have schemed up a recognition program, named the “SCNotty” awards, after the much-beloved Razzies awards.  We created a twitter account – SCNotties to track the community participation of this tongue-in-cheek honorific.  SDN wiki and blog detail pages will be coming soon.  So get your digital media rolling, and, … “Action!”

Watching the videos was so much fun and I really like being able to have the picture of the animated person in front of me when reading a blog or collaborating.
