    the videos about loyalty management are very helpful to show loyalty functionality, thanks a lot for that!
    But still a lot of questions arise when using/impelmenting loyalty management. do you have any idea when new information will arrive about loyalty, especially about membership management in LOYPRO?

      Yes, the functionality to redeem points in the web channel is available in standard as of CRM 7.0, provided loyalty management is implemented and proper settings are made in web channel.

        Thanks for your answer. Is there any customzing guide available for this?
        I’m not able to implement it yet but we are working on our system to get it up and running for Web Channel! I just wanted some more information about how to set up the web channel for loyalty integration.
