The clock is ticking and time will soon be running out on one of the best deals east of the Mississippi. Training budgets are tight everywhere this year, but there is still time to take advantage of a great deal offered by the co-located ASUG and SAPPHIRE conferences. The early bird rate ends on March 31, so time's a wasting if you have not yet made your reservation to attend this event.  Both ASUG and SAPPHIRE have education programs, as well as several outstanding keynotes, and a number of SAP Mentors will be attending. No matter what your area of expertise- system administration or security, Java or ABAP, BI, Business Objects or BPX - the education program will offer sessions to meet your training needs. ASUG offers a full schedule of Community Lounge sessions for up close and personal networking with your fellow SAP professionals across a wide array of technologies and processes. Influence sessions offer the opportunity to learn from SAP product managers about the road ahead for the SAP products, and the show floor offers access to many SAP Partners.

In today's economy, reduced staffing is a fact of life in many organizations, and the reductions may have left knowledge gaps in your SAP support organization. Particularly for those in the eastern US, the co-located ASUG and SAPPHIRE conferences offer an economical chance to help plug the skill set gaps and get your team back on a solid footing.   Check out the ASUG/ SAPPHIRE event home page, but don't delay, because the early bird rate will soon be history. I know that my fellow SAP Mentors join me in hoping to see many of you at the Orange Ccounty Convention Center in Orlando, May 11-14.
