Develop Special Offers for SAPPHIRE

SAPPHIRE is a great forum to conclude business transactions. Prepare attractive offers that give reasons to your customers to conduct business with you. Think about the various kinds of special offers? Special offers can come in the form of discounts or solutions bundled with services or launch of new solutions and services?

Post Your Special Offer on SAP EcoHub’s New Promotion Page

Get the word out about your special offer right away. To provide visibility of your offer post it on SAP EcoHub’s newly launched promotions page.  Leverage the SAP EcoHub to get prospects to start to discover and evaluate your offer, schedule meetings and finalize sales in person at SAPPHIRE.

Keep the Offer Simple

The golden rule of an effective offer is to keep it simple. Briefly and succinctly articulate the value of the offer to the customer.  If the offer is a price discount then highlight the savings. If it is a packaged offer, e.g. a solution bundled with a service, then highlight how it helps the customer get a faster ROI. If the offer is a new launch then highlight the value of the new solution.

Update your Solution Store Front on SAP EcoHub

Buyers seeking additional information on the special offer will visit your solution store front on SAP EcoHub. You want to make sure your solution information is updated and presents your solution and company in the best light possible.  Use the newly released Partner Work Center to update content. Use the left column to place a banner highlighting your offer on your solution store front. If you have an exhibitor booth at SAPPHIRE list the booth location on your solution store front e.g. “Visit us at SAPPHIRE Booth #1234”  

Ensure there is an Online Demo

Demos are the most frequently viewed asset on SAP EcoHub and accelerate the prospective buyer’s ability to discover and evaluate the solution.  Make sure you have a product demo (customers want to see the application so feature a video that shows the application and not a presentation).

Provide clear Guidance on How to Avail the Offer

Provide instructions on how to avail the offer, e.g. inform the visitors that they should use the “Contact Me” button to submit request to schedule meeting at SAPPHIRE and they should use the “text box” on the registration screen to refer to the offer. If you are offering a discount then guide prospective buyers to the “Buy” button to initiate their purchase request.

If you are planning any “gifts” to give away at your booth at SAPPHIRE you may want to consider adding the following text:  “Find us on SAP EcoHub”.

 Advertise on SAP EcoHub
