Duet 1.5 offers improved monitoring and supportability features to facilitate the operation of a Duet landscape. This blog series explains the Duet Report and Job Analysis tool to monitor scheduled reports of the Duet Reporting Management scenario. While this first blog will focus on monitoring Reports and Jobs by User, the second blog  (Monitor scheduled reports with Duet Report and Job Analysis tool (2 of 2)) will cover advanced features like Timepoints, Unassociated Jobs and Used Templates.*/duet*. Go to *System Environment* -> *Dashboard* and click the *Report Application Monitoring* link.     h5. Reports and Jobs by User      On the first tab, you can display all reports that have been scheduled for execution by a specific user. The F4-help button offers an advanced search through all Duet users based on first or last name. Enter the Duet user ID and click Start to show a list of scheduled reports and associated jobs. For each scheduled report additional information is shown on selection. This includes report details, planned jobs for this report and used parameters. Let's take a look at the consistent report with the green light first:   The report is scheduled weekly (see "Occurrence" at the top) on each Wednesday and Friday at 4pm CET (see "Planned Jobs for Report" table). Latter table also lists the Job name (here OSP_SH_E05220_AL_E_0000190_08). More details about the job can be found in *transaction SM37* of the attached SAP backend system (here E05, client 220).      This is a sample ALV report from ABAP flight model to show flights of a given carrier (parameter CARRID). As shown in the "Used Parameters" table, this instance of the report has been scheduled with parameter value LH, so that all flights of carrier Lufthansa are returned. For the Duet administrator however, the business case is irrelevant. Important is if the report template is scheduled correctly without inconsistencies. Four checks are done and results shown as checkboxes. In this case, a corresponding entry exists in the report catalog, the host is available and also job entry and variant exist. Everything is fine with this scheduled report, so let's focus on the inconsistent entry with the red light. Find its details below:
