I would like to being by wishing you all the sucess possible in your ventures in the economic environment we all now find ourselves in.
From support we are looking forward to another year full of challenges and accomplishments.
We will extend the usage of the forums to include consulting messages sent to SAP Business One Product Support from the following countries: UK, Ireland, Israel, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, South Africa, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, North & South America along with India. To date we have seen a large increase in the traffic on the forums with over 3000 active members which will ensure that we have an active and vibrant community. Each month we will publish the top 10 consulting message which come to support, and also the Experts on Phone team will deliver additional FAQ's via the SAP Business One Wiki. We hope that this additional knowledge transfer will help all of you to get answers more quickly to your consulting issues.
Overall we committed to many project in 2008, while some of these are still ongoing, many were completed to the benefit of everyone.
So to you, our community members, I thank you for your ongoing contributions, I hope that you can keep up the great work. From support, we will continue to moderate the forums and make replies to questions there. The addition of the new German forum I hope will be a great success and that our friends in Germany will help to build it up.
