SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe
In this video , I want to give you a quick look at nice functionality delivered with SAP CRM 7.0:
A resource planner is planning his demands and dispatching them to a technician. After the planning is finished the planner can release the assignments manually, by setting the status "informed" or this can be done by a background job. This status triggers an automatic mail which can contain an Interactive Form. While the system is creating the mail the form is filled using a (defineable) web service. This data can be shown on the form to give the technician all of the necessary information to fullfill this job.
The technician can than enter his confirmation directly in this form. In this example, via an online call, the entered data is sent back to the system and confirms the technician work.
