Following on from Santas set up of the Santa Upgrades to ECC 6.0 and Exploits Enterprise Services Packages to make sure that children had been good, this year he has enhanced the Guided Procedure to ensure that gift requests are routed to Parents BEFORE they are sent to the elves.
The previous workflow has routed the requests direct which had lead to governance issues within the financial sector.
With the credit crunch upon us, Santa has responded by enhancing the Guided Procedure with some Visual Composer screens that will allow parents to approve the gifts before processing.
