In Print by Prentice Hall – The book “Web service Contract Design and Versioning for SOA”

After more than 2 years, my first book written in English, “Web service Contract Design and Versioning for SOA“,   is finally in print. The book was officially launched during the first International SOA Symposium in Amsterdam last month.

Pearson calls this 800+ pages book “the Ultimate Guide for Designing and Governing Web Service Contracts”. I am not sure if it’s the “ultimate guide” which certainly has marketing spin in it, but the experience of working with a team of great experts is certainly valuable.

My colleague and co-author Umit Yalcinalp has already published a blog about the conference and the launch event which has said much of what I wanted to say, so if you are interested, check it out here New book: Web Service Contract Design and Versioning for SOA

  • Congratulations from my side. I know how much effort it is to get a book published. And I was envying you how you were able to write 8000 pages. But luckily I found out you and your co-authors only wrote 800+ pages. Still a great work.

    Best regards

    • Good catch, Dirk. That’s why you won’t want to write and publish something in the midnight when it’s hard to notice the difference between 800 and 8000.

I have corrected the typo now:)

      Best Regards,
