The next SAP NetWeaver customer conference call will take place Thursday, November 6. Please join Sam Raju, Platinum Expert, SAP NetWeaver Regional Implementation Group (RIG) at SAP Labs for this call entitled "B2B Integration using SAP Netweaver PI".
Here is the abstract:
Companies need to communicate more effectively and efficiently with each other, therefore automating business processes and for true system-to-system communication are becoming critical requirements in today's world of collaborative business.
In this session, you will learn how SAP provides business packages that offer complete solutions for business problems and business applications, including the technical infrastructure and content that allow an out-of-the box integration of your business partners. You will also learn how the process integration capabilities of SAP NetWeaver can benefit your organization with its enhanced support for business to business (B2B) and industry standards. You will also hear about the new functions that are planned in the B2B area of process integration with SAP NetWeaver.
About the Speaker:
Sam Raju is a Platinum Expert at SAP NetWeaver Regional Implementation Group (RIG) at SAP Labs. His primary focus is SAP NetWeaver Process Integration and partially works with Master Data Management, and Global Data Synchronization. Sam has over 20 years of IT experience including in the areas of SAP R/3, EDI, B2B, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Application Integration.
As a B2B expert, Sam has successfully led several national and international SAP NetWeaver PI and B2B implementation projects for customers from multiple industries including High Tech, Chemical, Consumer Products, Petroleum, Banking, and Pharmaceuticals. He also works with internal development teams that build the SOA content for Industry standards such as RosettaNet, CIDX, and PIDX.
Sam is also co-author of the SAP Press Book B2B integration using SAP Netweaver PI.
About this call series:
This conference call series helps to introduce SAP customers and partners to topics related to the SAP NetWeaver platform, and gives the participants an opportunity to discuss their implementation questions. Its intention is to foster a spirit of community among the participants, encouraging them to follow up both with the SAP presenters and other customers attending the call.
The calls are held every two weeks and each covers a different topic. The format includes a brief update on upcoming events or training activities followed by a presentation (30-40 minutes) with an open discussion session to wrap it up.
