      Hi Gregor,

      you can use surveys in multi wave campaigns. In this use case mails (with surveys) can be sent out. If customers are answering the survey the responses will be checked (by the decision node) and then the next wave will be triggered.

      But multi wave campaigns are also working with normal responses. A typical example: customer responses via eMail-reply. In this case a Call Center Agent would create an Activity based on the reply. The next wave would then automatically be triggered.

      Technically you just need a One Order Object with direction “Inbound” and assigned campaign ID to trigger a next step in Campaign Automation.
