Gregor Wolf October 29, 2008 at 1:13 pm Hi Marcus, thank you for this Video. I hope you will continue and go into more detail. To allow multi wave campaigns I think you need surveys. I’ve posted a Blog on that topic: “Create, run and analyze an E-Mail Campaign with a Survey (Part 1)” from a technical point of view. We will soon come with a video on the detailled campaign automation in the next 2 weeks. Stay tuned. RegardsMarcus like (0) Guido Lammers November 19, 2008 at 1:39 am Hi Gregor, you can use surveys in multi wave campaigns. In this use case mails (with surveys) can be sent out. If customers are answering the survey the responses will be checked (by the decision node) and then the next wave will be triggered. But multi wave campaigns are also working with normal responses. A typical example: customer responses via eMail-reply. In this case a Call Center Agent would create an Activity based on the reply. The next wave would then automatically be triggered. Technically you just need a One Order Object with direction “Inbound” and assigned campaign ID to trigger a next step in Campaign Automation.
