Finally I had a chance to get through the remaining video clips and put together the “on board” compilation for the SAP TechEd ’08 Cluetrain!

In my defense my computer actually died about 20 minutes before Community Day Berlin started and I got it back last Friday ๐Ÿ˜‰

However to continue the story I started right after arriving in Berlin,

I’ve just finished the newest video for the Cluetrain, the “on board” portion! Have a listen!

I also collected lots of feedback from those who joined us, all in all 70% gave it a “totally awesome” rating in terms of doing it again, and 30% gave it an “awesome” rating of doing it again.

Good mixture of SAP employees and outsiders, lots of interesting talks. Maybe a bit to unstructured. – Oliver Kohl

For me as a Newbie to the SDN and Mentor world, it was a great way to warm-up TechEd. It was a family-style event, and it is essential for us to maintain this atmosphere to instil the kind of loyalty that the SAP Communities fortunately enjoy.  – Michael Bechauf

Great idea Craig – I had very fruitful discussions on the ride and Lilly enjoyed excellent entertainment!  – Martin Raepple & Lilly (youngest member at age 5)

This was an excellent opportunity to use the time travelling to Berlin to already engage with other members of the community. I learned about their projects, ideas, requirements. We discussed the Mentor Initiative. I collected feedback on the planned Code Exchange Platform. And we used the time to get to know eachother much better. Very productive time!  – Claus von Riegen

    Hey Craig,
just catching up on some stuff and saw the video and my own comment about the cluetrain and I want to qualify my statement about the event being a bit to unstructured. I wish I had known the SAP people on the train and their positions before hand. Especially with Claus and Erwin I would have talked much more if were only aware of their current projects, just way to interesting.

Just a suggestion for next year. I’ll be there, you bet!
