Since there is a big change between the CRM4.0 and CRM2007 WEB-IC interaction center approach, it is a good idea to buy this book. I will recommend my management to buy this book and keep it in our SAP reference.

      Dear Krishna,

Yes, I agree with you on both accounts. There is definitely a significant change in the IC WebClient between CRM 5.0 (CRM 2005) and later releases like CRM 2007 — both in terms of functionality, as well as in terms of the underlying technical WebClient architecture and framework. And yes, I tried to make sure to address both. For example, see pages 110-112 for a description of changes to the WebClient architecture including runtime repository, BSP pages, and tag library. Thanks again!

      Best regards,
      John
