Just recently, Brian Lanigan, a colleague from the Knowlegde Management team informed me about the project they initiated in order to find out how to improve their services, e.g. introduce new feedback channels on our documentation. The plan was to look for consultants inside and outside of SAP and I brought up the idea to open it up to BPX members as well. Looking at the SAP for Healthcare I realize that many of you deal with our documentation more or less daily.

So I encourage you to take a look at Brian’s invitation:

“The Suite Extensions Knowledge Management team is responsible for developing documentation for SAP products across a broad range of industries. We are organizing conversations with consultants — our colleagues that use what we develop — to identify areas where we can provide you better services, content or deliveries.  We typically schedule an hour for the interview, and can hold the interview in English or German, whichever you would prefer.

If you are interested, we will send out some information prior to the meeting. Nothing needs to be prepared, but these notes will help organize the conversation. Thanks in advance!”

In case you want to have your say, simply send a quick note to Brian.

    Hi Claudius,

are you aware of the docupedia project lead by Andrea Anderson? >. I’ve got introduced to that yesterday at SAP Community Day 2008 in Berlin. I hope that soon also the current but also the older releases of the Business Suite Documentation will be migrated into that platform to make it possible to correct errors which couldn’t even been corrected via OSS messages.

    Best regards
    Gregor

      Hi Gregor,

thank you for letting me know! No, I was not aware of this project. I read Andrea’s blogs and think it is a very promising way – I will also point Brian to this project.

      Best regards,
      Claudius
