In this 60 minute webcast with ten minutes of Q & A at the end, Jon looks at the BPX skills “hype factor,” why BPX skills are needed, definition of a BPXer, and how to obtain these skills. SAP BPX certification, the SAP BPX community, and the new “Process First” book by Marco ten Vaanholt and the BPX community are also reviewed.

My comment would be a Great BPX person is hard to find / define.  Jon does a great job of defining the BPX person.  Now all I need to do is work with them.

(Exception we have some very good ones where I work.  Internal not external.  The problem is that the external BPX is hard to find.  They also do not know / understand our business.  And rarely take the time to do that.  SO when I listen to Jon’s ideas, I love them.)
