Updated Crystal Integration for SAP Business One is now available
Version 2 of the Crystal Integration for SAP Business One is now available for download from the SDN .
This updated version utilises the full SAP Business One UI (which will make some folks happy as a few people complained about the old .Net forms) and it also resolves and issue with Multiple Active Record Sets and SQL Server 2000.
So grab the download and install the update. As per the last version the download also includes the trial versions of Crystal Reports 2008 and Xcelsius Engage 2008 as well as trial codes for these products.
Make sure you remove the existing add-on prior to installing the new one – check the documentation in the download for more information. Your reports and existing data will remain as is.
In addition, partners and customers with S-user numbers can now download the Crystal Reports Basic 2008 for SAP Business One from the SBO Customer Portal and the SAP Business One Software Distribution Centre on the Channel Partner Portal (S user required).
This is a special version of Crystal Reports 2008 for use with SAP Business One and SSP solutions only.
If you dont have access to the portal please contact your partner to order the product which is available free of charge to all SAP Business One customers who are current on their maintenance.

Reason being, is that I would like to just update my Crystal Report add-on, but I still have to end up downloading a 750MB RAR file just to get to it.
Yes that would be very nice. to split the addon and the Crystal Reports addon. Most consultants I know already have Crystal reports. And even then when I would like to install the Crystal Reports addon I want to install the FREE version and not the 30 days TRAIL version that's coming with this RAR file. It's very confusing now which download gives you the Free version for the customer and which one the full version?
The addon is great! we are already planing to implement it at all our customers.

Just to second Davinder and Eddy, Please split the file. My problem is that i cant download the Whole file (750MB) because i don't need the trial versions of Crystal Reports 2008 and Xcelsius Engage 2008 as well as trial codes for these products.
I just require the new Version 2 of the Crystal Integration for SAP B1
As well, due to my weak/low internet speeds, the Download never completes.
I believe this will be undone if the file is split.

I am struggling about making Trail balance and
BalanceSheet - Is there template or sample on how to create these, other reports and marketing documents. SQL query seems very difficult for novice users. Challenges such as active user in docs as well as printing which include several documents in one (PDF) print layout.

On users machines, the parameters page come with script errors.
The users are all Domain/users, please suggest.

I was trying to install the Crystal reports 2.0.0.6 add-on on a 64 bit server. No errors reported but when I try to start the Crystal Reports add-on from within SAP B1 I have an error message: "Retriveing the COM class factory for component with CLSID ....failed due to the following error: 80040154". Probably I need the 64 bit version of the add-on. How can I get that version, I was looking on many SAP sites and IO was not able to find it.
