docupedia – SAP’s Help Library meets social media (4)
Most of August has been focused on realizing our docupediA design. The conversion of our product documentation continious to be a tough nut to crack. Due the many links in our documentation, Sergey, our developer, has to use nested macros, and all kinds of other tricks. Turns out that the Jive Clearspace platform release 2.03 does not do what we need. We upgraded to Clearspace release 2.5, and now the uploader to Clearspace is running!
We have also implemented what we hope is a state of the art social media user experience. Please join us in checking our docupediA at TechEd las Vegas. Here are the dates and times:
