We have today completed 3 days of successful BPM Governance Training. The participants were provided with a step-by-step approach, or roadmap, for implementing BPM. They  learned to apply it for any type of company, be it a global enterprise or a mom-and-pop shop. Just like an ordinary roadmap provides a driver with the details they need to get from Point A to Point B. The Governance Training provided  a detailed guide which the participants now can use when they implement BPM Governance within a company.
A cases study was used including a lot of great company examples.

The approach covers following 4 phases:

• The BPM Strategy
• The BPM Set-up
• The BPM Transition
• Continuous Improvement

Throughout this approach, the Support Activities: communication, training, and change management need to be executed. In addition, the success of implementing BPM in a company also requires IT to become process-driven. Below please see the BPM Governance Roadmap (Approach).
