A couple of weeks ago,  I attended the SAP CRM Council Meeting in Palo Alto, California.  During the meetings,  SAP customers were networking and sharing their CRM experiences with other customers and SAP.

With only a few presentations and discussions recorded,  I thought the community may have  interest in this video presentation where Mike Burianek from Eclipse Aviation demonstrates from their system,  CRM 2007 and the Interactive Forms by Adobe. (Approx. 35 minutes)

Two additional blogs by Mike can be viewed at Eclipse Aviation goes live with SAP CRM 2007 and Eclipse Aviation CRM 2007 Business Transformation Study

Thank you Gregor for bringing this to my attention!

I’ve changed the link to a download.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on the video.

    Best Regards,

I made it to about 8-1/2 minutes into it before it stopped, twice at the same point…He hadn’t even made it past all his proxies yet.

Might want to edit it some as the first minute was alot of dead time, followed by a nice verbal presentation of how they got to where they are with CRM 2007, followed by more dead time waiting for him to get logged in…I assume he made it eventually.  😉

    Hi Anne,

Right when Mike is about to start the actual demo/slides, I get an error message about the codec being corrupt. I tried this twice and it occurs both times.

Also, is there a way to get videos posted in a more YouTube like format (embedded)? WIth the current format, the cool videos can easily be lost with other links. I’m not sure if the SDN BPx format supports this.

    Take care.
