Following on my earlier blog that states “Enterprise SOA is all about the business”, I would like to present this white paper – Adapting CRM Processes with Enterprise SOA to my readers as a descriptive story about what can be achieved from a business perspective with Enterprise SOA.

The point of the white paper is not to delve into technical details, or to discuss the bits and pieces of technology used, but rather to paint a picture that everyone right up to the CEO can use to understand the power of Enterprise SOA today.

The second purpose behind the white paper is to act like a teaser to whet the appetite for the large upcoming release of enterprise services with the delivery of CRM 7.0.  A more technical white paper, with details of the offering will be delivered closer to the release date, but for now, put your business case hats on and join me in a light read on the benefits of Enterprise SOA.
