SAP Developer Challenge Demo Jam Teams and Demos

Here is the list of all teams and their demos for everyone at the Ustream.TV session:

To help provide context for the Demo Jam today here is an overview of the demos you will see in alphabetical order.  

Team: Binary Jammers
Demo: Project GreenDrive
Summary: Project GreenDrive is corporate car-pooling solution based on social communities across organizations – envisaging reduction in carbon footprint due to commute. It has a location sensitive Blackberry interface and Facebook interface as well as corporate specific Xcelcius dashboards providing Metrics and KPIs’. Everything is powered by SAP NetWeaver

Team: Fast Forward
Demo: IntelCom
Summary: It is an intelligent communication tool that simplifies collaboration.

Team: Insomnia
Demo: GreenSoap
Summary: GreenSoap offers a set of APIs that online service providers can use to determine environmental impacts of online shopping activities and empower consumers to make “Greener” choices.

Team: IT’s EASY
Demo: Greener Together
Summary: Integrated Recycling Solution: Helps you do the right thing by reducing your ecological footprint.

Team: SAPlicity
Demo: Proximity based Payment Card Authorizations
Summary: Demo will show how to reduce credit card fraud using the BlackBerry GPS sensor to verify that the cardholder is at the merchant location.

Team: Six in the City (formerly known as Team 6)
Demo: Voice Enabling SAP
Summary: Providing automated Plant Summary – Operations WorkOrder generation,  delivery, and update status, via natural language interface over mobile devices.

Team: Sparks
Demo: Genau (German meaning “Exactly”)
Summary: One sentence overview: Get connected anytime anywhere to SAP “Systems and People”

  • Look like all the demos were great…Hope to read some more blogs about them…I’m specially interested in the BlackBerry solution, because I’m currently working on a BSP with BlackBerry project -;)
