I have to say that I very much enjoy working with Volker Hildebrand at SAP. He is one of those people who make my job much easier by always providing great content and support. While he is now the VP of Product Management for CRM at SAP, I found out that he used to be an Assistant Marketing Professor in a previous life. This might explain why he knows so well how to support the marketing function. It doesn't explain why he has remained so humble. 🙂
