The big benefit of this offer is that you can now build a configuration of Crystal Reports Server that more efficiently meets the needs of your end user population. By combining named user licensing and concurrent licensing, you can guarantee access for end users that need it, while economically using concurrent licensing to serve the large number of less frequent users.
What's Included?
- One 5 named user license
- DVD with Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2, Service Pack 2.
- All the server features described on the Crystal Reports Server product page. This is full product, not limited in any way.
- Sharepoint 2007 integration with the installation of Service Pack 3 (free download)
- Live Office for integrating reporting into Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Maintenance is included in the price which grants you free upgrades for 1 year.
- This named user license can be combined with other named user licenses (either paid or free), and concurrent licenses.
Differences between this named license and the regular concurrent license:
- There is no support provided with the 5 named user license - only maintenance.
- There are no report designer licenses provided with the 5 named user license.
Support options
- Single case support can be purchased for CR Server cases
- When the 5 named license is combined with a concurrent license, then the 5 named license 'inherits' the bundled support that comes with the concurrent license. As long as your maintenance is current on the concurrent license, then you can receive support on the combined named + concurrent licenses.
Other comments
- A maximum of 100 named users is supported.
- Named user licenses are available in packs of 5, 10, and 20 users.
- The promotion expires at the end of June 2008.
