Why the Satisfaction Survey is important
We make changes to SDN and BPX all the time. We add content, we rearrange things, we’re very busy and twice each year, we run the SDN and BPX Satisfaction Survey to gage how well we’re doing, or not, by carefully evaluating the survey results. It’s important for us to know who you, our members, are and what you like and what you don’t like and what you find useful and what not. We track the surveys very closely and, based on the survey results, make decisions about what we need to fix or to focus on in the coming months. How important is that? Very important.
