Dear Visual Composer users,
My name is David Lotan Bolotnikoff and I lead the Visual Composer 7.0 development team. My team was established last year, and since then, we’ve invested a lot of effort in stabilizing Visual Composer 7.0 and developing new features. …but this you’ve noticed already (I hope).

One major pain point in Visual Composer was the old Flex runtime, which had many problems, and the most annoying one, without a doubt, was the 32K bug.

You can put that all in the past now, and I’m happy to announce that we’ve resolved those issues, and starting from today, you will be able to download a patch that includes a new runtime based on Flex 2.0. Not only that, but you get a set of new cool features with it.

I’ve created a short trailer about this new release (High resolution):

You can get more information about the new features here
The patch can be downloaded from the SMP at:

    Hi David,

as you know I had the chance to use already the Flex 2.0 runtime as a pilot. You and your team has done a  very good job!

Visual Composer has revolutionized the way people use SAP. Can you please comment on the plans to merge it with WAD and plans to support Flex 3.0 which has the capability to display hierarchies?

    Kudos to your team!
