This blog is presented to you by Frauke Funck, Elisabeth Veitenhansl, and Ben Cooney.

As of SAP CRM 2007, SAP CRM Knowledge Management (KM) offers even more features. Some of these new features make it easier to access the information you need to implement and work with the SAP CRM solution.

This first video presentation, originally recorded by SAP CRM Information Developers Chris Shinner and Ralph Albrecht, shows the SAP CRM documentation page – a new single point of entry at help.sap.com/crm, where you can access the information that you need to implement and use SAP CRM, in one central location. This was part of a project started by SAP CRM KM and supported by the KM teams of SAP NetWeaver and SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM).

The second presentation shows you the context-sensitive help available in SAP CRM 2007. While the single point of entry concept presented in the first video addresses the implementation team, this video concerns business users, who actually work with the SAP CRM solution. The business user can access this help directly from the page in which he or she is working. Take a look!
