Calling All Partners -- and Those Who Appreciate Them
The SAP Pinnacle Awards are now open for nominations. All SAP partners with a valid partner agreement are eligible to enter, and can do so until February 15, 2008.
The SAP Pinnacle Award - SAP's Global Partner Award Program - recognizes SAP partners who have excelled in developing their partnership with SAP and growing mutual business, by providing quality products, solutions, and services to our customers.
The nomination process is completely Web-based and can be found on the Pinnacle Awards Web site in the SAP Partner Portal. Partners will need an S-User ID to access this site.
Each award has its own set of selection criteria (see the Pinnacle Award site for details). If you're a member of a partner company, your SAP partner manager can assist during the nomination process. Be sure to proudly note your contributions to SDN and BPX during 2007 in the submission.
Three finalists in every category will be announced by mid-April. The winners will be announced live at the Pinnacle Awards ceremony in Berlin on May 18, 2008. Pinnacle Awards finalists and winners will be invited to an exclusive ceremony the eve of SAPPHIRE EMEA in Berlin.
2007 Winners Included SDN & BPX Community Contributors
During SAPPHIRE Vienna in May 2007, I was lucky enough to sit at a table with some of the winners of the 2007 Pinnacle Awards for partners. These included Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Adobe, Intelligroup, Intel, and others... many of whom were and continue to be among the top contributing companies in our SDN and BPX communities.
