Calling design geek gods – time to do some good
December 9th is UN Anti-Corruption Day. Those of us who are supporting Transparency International came up with the idea of a wee competition to design a blog/website badge that could be used in conjunction with the launch of TIs Business Principles for SME on the same day.
There’s only a short time in which to get this done (designs need to be in for 7th December) as the idea only came up this morning. It’s a great idea for the SDN/BPX design bods to come up with something eye catching that will do a LOT of good in promoting transparency.
It also fits well with SAPs new community initiative. If you’ve not seen it then check what is being said:
Communities have the power to influence the direction of technological and business-process development. But communities also have the power to foster corporate responsibility, according to Marilyn Pratt, BPX Community Evangelist. Read her new SAP Community Cares as well as SAP Feeding Knowledge, an invitation to join the debate on personal activism and corporate social responsibility.
While this is NOT an SAP project per se, send ideas to jamesDOTfarrarATsapDOTcom.
