In the 7.0 release of the Composite Application Framework, the use of business objects in application services was limited to only the objects contained in that project. With the Composition Envrionment this capablitiy has been extended.
This guide details step by step instructions on how to implement this new feature. In addition the guide also walks you through the steps involved in overriding the default methods that is created by the framework (create, read, update, delete..). Fundamentally the way custom code is handled in the CE version of CAF is different than how it was done in 7.0. Now the boundaries between custom code and generated code is more clear and well defined thereby making it easier for the developer as well as the framework.
