Did you miss the session CE200: Architecture Guidelines for Composite Applications at TechEd in Las Vegas?  No problem, you still have the opportunity to join the session at the TechEd in Munich this week… Click here for details about CE200 in Munich.

If you can’t make it to Munich and would like to get an idea what this is all about, you can read the first two parts of our Architecture Guideline series for Composite Applications here on SDN:

  • Part I:  Introduction and Basic Overview
This guide opens the architecture guideline series, a series aimed at explaining how to approach composites from an architect’s perspective.

  • Part II:  Portal and Process Layer
This second guide in the series covers the portal and the process layer of composite applications in detail.  It gives recommendations for architectural decisions based on experience and best practices acquired in SAP’s first composite implementation projects.

Let us know what you think of these!

Thanks,
Axel

    Hi,

Great document that has great tips for each level of the architectural model. A document like this that describes the entire scope of a composite has always been missing.

Where do the tips come from? I’ve never seen many of them before and I think it quite useful to have them in one place.

    Dick
