<<a href=”TechEd Las Vegas: Discussion panel about Business KPIs in Second Life“>previous blog | KPI Wiki goes “Gliffy”>

Some of you might have seen the second life discussion panel on business KPIs. For me it was an absolutely new experience. I had never done this before.

The panel consisted of three main players:

– Craig Cmehil (interviewer)

– Paul Hofmann (KPI expert)

– Nadim Razvi (KPI expert)

– plus approx. 20 attendees inside second life (including one zebra!!!).

Although I was a bit reluctant in the beginning I have to say that it worked out very well. It was great to do this virtual session. It is much better than just having a concall because you can really see the counterparts inside the auditorium. It simply feels like a real session!

We chose second life for this session because it allowed us to address a certain target group and additionally to broadcast to TechEd in Las Vegas.

For those of you who were not able to attend the session we have put together a short video summary (4 min):

What do you think? Is it cool? Should we repeat it in a similar way at TechEd Munich? Please let me know.

Craig, Paul, thanks a lot for your great support during the session.

Special thanks also to Martin Guenther for your technical support (especially the video recording!)
