SAP TechEd 2007 has finished…And I just wanted to make an overall of this 5 days (Incluiding Community Day).

No pictures this time…Sorry -:)

First of all, I just wanted to make a list of some of the guys/girls that I meet here…Not in particular order…And excuse me if I miss someone…I can’t put the complete list, it would be really long…

* Mark Finnern
* Thomas Jung
* Marilyn Pratt
* Gali Kling Schneider
* Mark Yolton
* Suresh Datti
* Jim Spath
* David Branan
* Keith Elliot
* Ajay Das
* Leornardo de Araujo
* Rich Heilman
* Ed Hermann
* Dan McWeeney
* Matthias Zeller
* Craig Cmehil
* Amir Blich
* Marco ten Vaanholt

You can use many words to describe this event…Huge, Awesome, Fantastic…But to me…There are no words…This is something that I would never forget in my whole life…I think that nothing can beats your first TechEd experience…

So many thing happend this year…

* RIAs Hacker Night
* Community Mindspace
* Craig’s Quiz
* DemoJam
* Sessions
* Hands-On
* Goo Goo Dolls Concert

But most important thing…again…is the people…Get here to actully meet  the people than runs SDN (from the SAP part and from the external part) is just priceless…

I’m going back home…Taking with me not only a lot of goodies…But a lot of friends also.

No matter how many times I say this…”If you missed this years TechEd…You can’t loose it again next year”…

Get involved on SDN, get involved on BPX, be a part of the Community and the Community is going to be a part of you.

      Hi Rick:

      Sorry for have been getting back from Technology…But this blog is actually a Ranting -;)

      But of course, your right…Very good question…My choices would be…

      1.- SAP NetWeaver Subscription…Great offering for consultants.
      2.- Improvements to be done on WebDynpro.
      3.- Integration of Adobe and Flex.

      I know that those are not actually “product offerings”, but with all the Press Conferences, Hacker Night, DemoJam and hang outs…I haven’t get the time to actually browse the SAP booths…Sorry about that -:) This was my first TechEd and also my first time as a member of the  SAP’s Blogger Corner…So I’m just getting used to my new “job” -:)

      Greetings,

      Blag.

    For me, it was getting to meet the people in person for the first time in 5 years since I started working on the site (as a concept in 2002) and having something other than a virtual conversation with people such as Suresh, Bhanu, and of course, yourself.

    Best and have a good flight back,
    David

    Hey Blag,
    I am really sorry to not have been able to meet you. Thanks for the entertaining blogs that have kept us entertained over this past week.

    In just over a week it will be my turn to keep you in touch with the events of Munich, although I am not sure I will be up to your standard.

    All the best,
    Nigel
