The thing I am really looking forward to regarding the Community Day in Munich is my first cold beer in the evening, 8 meters under the ground, in the cellar of the city's oldest brewery the Augustiner Braeu.

At that time most of the day will have passed and hopefully to the satisfaction of most everyone, and I will be able to relax a bit in the middle of my community friends.

My first "Prosit" will go out to Fujitsu-Siemens who with their title event sponsorship made it possible for us to have an this evening event.

Patric from Seventh Sense in Munich found this place for us. It is an antique storage-cellar where they cooled down their beer during the summer months in former times, before there were electric firgerators. It is 8m deep under the ground. It was built in the beginning of the 19th century and got renovated during the last few years. It is a hidden gem, that isn't often opened to the public.

We will get our beer out of original anitque wooden barrels, which is very unique, even for Munich. If you don't like beer, there will be wine and soft drinks too.

It is also a great setting to hear Bruce Sterling making his predictions of the future as well as talking about his observations of our Community Day

When I talked to him about it trying to convince him to participate, his comment was: "I love Munich, how could I refuse to talk in a funky beer celar?"

Can't wait to say "prosit" to everyone joining us at the Community Day. See you all there.
