I met debra.boykin/blog back at Process World in February 2007. She had just received an award for her innovative thinking in Business Process Modeling and Design. A quick look at her background and her impressive track record in helping transform a company into a global BPM player while realizing a "75-percent reduction in order lead times", explains why I was eager to see her blogging here and participating in the Business Process Expert Community. This also explains why I was very pleased to help introduce Deb to an audience of over 400 ASUG members eager to hear more about BPX in the recent webinar where Thank you ASUG members ! presented BPX. Yes, Deb Boykin is an SAP customer, but first and foremost she is a global business architect and presently an associate director of business process excellence. What does all that mean and what roles does Deb play in the organizations she engages with? Deb is actively helping train process consultants in process mapping principles and has been involved recently in successful tests of synchronizing SAP Solution Manager to ARIS.
