Two charter members of the Business Process Expert Community interviewed each other live in a web conference format and queried: “Why are business processes themselves critical to an organization’s future”? “What does this imply for how those business processes are defined today and how they are deployed”? “Should a process be looked at as part of an application or an applications as part of a process”.  “When a process is being re-engineered , where does the application fit into the picture or does it fit in at all”?   “What would be the constituents of a case of ROI for change”?  “How much change is healthy for an organization”?  These and other questions are posed by Arun Varadarajan of Intelligroup and Paul Taylor of Kraft Foods International, one to another.  After the session, the transcript was edited, consolidated and presented in the form of an article.  It can be accessed  here.
