Customer data integration is a business scenario powered by SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management. But despite its importance in the CRM area, SDN information on this topic has been little so far, except for a . But now times change for the better. In fact, CDI is all about consolidating and harmonizing customer data in heterogeneous environments to allow sound business operation and consolidated analytics, as illustrated in the following graphic:
