Sometimes we may change the original objects according to our requirements, here is a Simple program to find out the way which objects were changed and what is the original system for that object, so that we can get the original object whenever we required.

This program displays the objects in released repairs and their original systems

REPORT  Y_REPAIR_OBJECTS                                 .

TABLES: E070, E071, TADIR.

SELECT * FROM E070 WHERE TRFUNCTION = ‘R’ AND

                           TRSTATUS = ‘R’.

 SELECT * FROM E071 WHERE TRKORR = E070-TRKORR.

    SELECT SINGLE * FROM TADIR WHERE

               PGMID = E071-PGMID AND

              OBJECT = E071-OBJECT AND

            OBJ_NAME = E071-OBJ_NAME.

    WRITE:

    / E071-TRKORR, E071-PGMID, 20(10) E071-OBJECT, 31(30) E071-OBJ_NAME,

     62(5) TADIR-SRCSYSTEM.

  ENDSELECT.

ENDSELECT.

    Don’t you think it would be better not to use SELECT…ENDSELECT statements? We don’t newbies to think that’s the way to go…You should rewrite the code…

    Also…I don’t think it’s a good idea spend a weblog to present a simple report…

    Greetings,

    Blag.
