in this collection of reports you’ll find ways of constructing crosstabs with the following functionality:

a) formatting of a cell is based on the value of another cell

b) using a running total expert in a crosstab

c) using any number (i.e. whileprintingrecords formulae) in a crosstab

d) alternating column colours or row colours

e) an example of a quarterly growth crosstab…the same format idea can be applied to other types such as budget crosstabs

these reports will work in v9 of crystal reports and above. some of the reports have detailed instructions on how to recreate them…others, sadly, do not. in more recent versions of crystal reports (cr 2008 and above) some of the funcionality can be be best accomplished using the new grid functions.

i hope that you find these useful.
