SAP Logon is part of SAP GUI for Windows and provides the following functionalities: - Displays list of available SAP systems. - Used to Logon into SAP Systems - Automatically selects a server with the best response times during login. - Used to define shortcuts to execute SAP transactions, reports, or system commands directly. SAP GUI Shortcuts are desktop shortcuts for executing SAP R/3 transactions, reports or system commands. SAP desktop shortcuts can be created by right clicking over an empty space in desktop or folder and selecting New -> SAP GUI Shortcut (as shown below).
