When disaster happens will your operations recover and survive? If you aren't sure then you might encounter Disaster2.  I'm presenting an overview of Business Recovery Operations on SAP NetWeaver in the SPC102 session at TechEd in Las Vegas. Earlier this year I presented parts one and two of a three part Know How Network Call series on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. You can find those earlier sessions posted on SDN here Part I and here Part II.  Those two sessions provided an overview of the technology and methodologies used. Now in this live presentation I'll review that same material plus discuss the most important aspect of Business Recovery, the organizational challenges that must be overcome to ensure success. And I'll be sure to leave plenty of time for audience discussion at then end.  Here's an interesting tidbit to ponder - the ability of a company to recover from a disaster has a direct impact on the public's perception of the reliability and stability of that company. Which means that successful recovery plans ensure you only have one disaster and not the second disaster which can undermine your business' credibility permanently.  I hope to see you there: SPC102 Business Recovery Operations with SAP NetWeaverWednesday 4:00 PM 2-hr Lecture 4305–4306 Thursday 10:30 AM 2-hr Lecture 4004–4005
