CTSC-MS at SAP TechEd

At SAP TechEd ’06 Las Vegas and SAP TechEd ’06 Amsterdam, several events focused on the interoperability of SAP NetWeaver and Microsoft .NET will be held: The Collaboration Technology Support Center – Microsoft ( CTSC-MS ) will give two presentations at both SAP TechEd’s. In his annual presentation Interoperability SAP NetWeaver – Microsoft revealed during this lecture, Thomas Meigen will provide you with the latest insight into what SAP and Microsoft have been developing – including the latest development support for Visual Studio 2005. In another lecture Tilo Böttcher from Microsoft and I will show how Windows SharePoint Services can be integrated with SAP NetWeaver Knowledge Management Capabilities as shown in the following screen shot.

Both sessions EPI105 and UPE207 are also scheduled for Amsterdam.

Hello...we are very interested in all aspects of interoperability between Microsoft & SAP, in particular, between the MOSS 2007 (we have the beta) & SAP Netweaver Portal (we have 2004s 7.0 at latest sp - sp 9).  In this new beta Sharepoint Portal Server, we find the option to choose an iView webpart when creating a webpart.  But we are unable to complete this as it tells us we need to configure in MOSS our SAP server (what iView we want & what SAP NW Portal server it is on).  We can find no information anywhere that tells us how to configure this info within MOSS 2007.  Can you provide the info or provide a link to the detailed steps?

      Thanks,
      Butch McNally

This is not based on any documentation from Microsoft because I don't believe that there is any out for this just yet. I even tried to go through their premium support to get it and no luck, so this is my best guess at it. Worked for me...Good Luck

      Guys,

Did anyone get this up and running yet?  I'm struggling with it, and was hoping someone could post a message on the various configuration settings and / or activities that need to be done to connect and consume an iview.

Please advise and thanks in advance.
