Nothing Like a Little Friendly Competition

Fastest BI in the North, South, East, and West

The SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence area of SDN is the most visited page after the SDN Homepage.

The success of this area and the reasons for its wide readership are many:

  • Excellent Community Stewardship of Mark and Craig
  • Great Content Strategists: [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] (first BI community manager) and Scott Jones (present content strategist for BI)
  • Great Product Management: support from the likes of [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] whose behind the scenes work has greatly contributed, and Eugene Khusainov whose forum work has been so supportive, and countless others too numerous to enumerate
  • Incredible SDN forum participants, like Bhanu Gupta and Roberto Negro and, in a class by h(im or er)..self….
  • A.H.P
  • So how does one gain over20K points, almost entirely through forum posts and in the incredible timeframe of less than a year?

Perhaps some of us will be lucky enough to meet the mysterious A.H.P at TechEd ’06 during SDN Day and simply ask this phenomenon in person. A little bird told me that he (I think the bird whispered) might be in Europe. Let’s hope and in the meanwhile congratulate. Well done, A.H.P.

And…hot off the press… new milestone for points

Great work! I'm still astonished about the high quality replies and the fast response time in the BI forums every time I'm there. I only wished there were more blogs about BI. The forums prove that there is enough to blog about.

And great work to you to Dirk.  Since I mentioned the top three contributors to BI, I should also have likewise mentioned the top 3 SAP supporters of that area (from a point perspective) you are number 3 :-).  Thanks Dirk for all your incredible work in the BI realm.  And just to answer your wishes...I see some BI weblog activity today: blog 3799 which should soon be released.
