Recently it was a discussion about littering BI forums by non-tech requests: Re: Please Donot make SDN as Junk of non technical Now the littering became a flood: image Here are 8 out of 11 requests dedicated to 201 BW interview questions ebook! I’ve counted at least 205 requests for this book! Such requests emerge every day, more and more with each new day. Have BI Forums in SDN become an ebooks free shop? Don’t you think that this abuse goes beyond any limit? Moreover, it’s the most cheap way of earning points without any knowledge at all.

    Hi Eugene,
Of course we don’t tolerate requesting electronic versions of books or answers to certification questions. We are in the process of deleting these posts, taking the points given away too.
Here is my post to it: /thread/138365 [original link is broken]
Marc Bernhard helped me with the cleanup.
Thanks for pointing it out, Mark.

I don’t think its BI Forum alone. Take a look at this thread and see the answer that I get for asking a question.

Probably there are other sites where these things happen because of which things are being expected here as well.

Great blog, but I’m afraid that we’ll not get rid of this kind of behaviour as long as the moderators do not make a statement here or even better stops it by other means. At the same time we could all gain if we all decided not to answer questions that have allready been answered more than once here at SDN. There is far too many who do not take the time to try to solve the problem them self

    Have a nice summer
    Kristian

      Hi Kristian,

Unfortunately, it’s too tempting for points hunters to get full (problem solved) and fast points.

I see that such kind of questions keep appearing.

      Best regards,
      Eugene
