Choose Message Monitoring.

Select your component and choose Display. You can now specify the filter criteria (as in SXI_MONITOR) and choose Start.

All the messages satisfying the filter criteria will be displayed.

Choose the radio button for the message and click Details button to see the details of the message. You can view the versions of the message by clicking Versions button. This is shown below:

Choosing Details again, you can see the additional details. As shown in the figure below, a detailed message flow is displayed. This helps in tracking the exact location of error.

Message Content tab will show the actual message contents as in SXI_MONITOR.

Errors in adapter engine can be tracked using the Adapter Monitor, which can be accessed at http:///mdt/amtServlet  (http://%3Chostname%3E:%3Cport%3E/mdt/amtServlet). Expand your namespace. Adapters with errors are displayed with a red icon.

Choose the adapter you wish to monitor. You can see the statuses of different adapter calls. The status for the last adapter call is displayed for each communication channel that uses the adapter. Errors are displayed with a red icon.
