EFP: Navigation and Framework Tag Libraries

+This is one in a series of weblogs on External Facing Portal, a new feature in SAP NetWeaver Portal SP14.+ —-  Up until now, to make navigation iViews, you had to mess around with the navigation service, perhaps mess around with some undocumented helper APIs (we won’t mention names!).    With the release of SP14 and the External Facing Portal, the portal comes with new Navigation and Framework tag libraries that enable you to more easily create custom navigation iViews.    This is especially important in an External Facing Portal, where you likely will want to regularly change or update the look and feel of your portal.       HI Daniel Wroblewski,

      I have a few questions regarding the web log,
      1. Can we get the links for portal content objects using navigation service.
      2. Can we restrict the links displayed to a user based on an added custom property stored in LDAP.
      3. Can you specify any documentation for opening an iview in the same page when a navigation link is clicked.
