What is it? Knowledge Management & Collaboration (KMC) Influence Council, Session 209


Who should attend? Customers who have experience with Knowledge Management and Collaboration who would like to participate in providing input to Product Definition. The objective of this Knowledge Management & Collaboration (KMC) Influence Council is to collect customer input on KMC scenarios. Customers will get a view on the current supported scenarios and planned enhancements. SAP is interested in having an open discussion focusing on customer scenarios as well as to provide priorities of different possible solutions. Examples of the scenarios are Intranet Systems, Information Integration, Knowledge Management and Integration into business processes as well as operational and administrative concepts.

ASUG Influence Councils provide an opportunity for ASUG members to communicate ideas and concerns about product plans directly to SAP development and product managers.


Participating gives one the opportunity to review SAP products currently in development and to provide feedback to help SAP build products that are tailored to ASUG member needs. Additionally, you can meet and network with other SAP customers!
