So I moved on Tuesday from San Francisco to San Mateo. Closer to work, but still in easy distance to the SF fun. Time is scarce for me right now, Future Salon is coming up on Friday too. This is one of the reasons, why we don’t have more information out regarding the SDN Meets Labs event in Walldorf/Rot yet. But trust me, you want to be there. Sign up now before others do it and I guarantee you it will sell out.

You will meet a lot of familiar faces from the Weblogs and forum posts.

Here a list of all the SDN sessions in no particular order:

Every one of them is worth the trip. Don’t postpone, sign up now. You will not regret it.

If you do your travel plans, you may arrive on the 18th already. There is going to be an unofficial SDN Contributor Meet at the Marktstube in Walldorf that evening. Same is true for Palo Alto, arrive on the 6th of April and SDNers will meet at the Gordon Biersch. (You can swing by there even if you are not going to the SDN Meets Labs events.)

8PM-ish might be nice. Depends when everyone is arriving I guess. I’ll be leaving for Walldorf in the afternoon and figure 4 hours for me so 8PM-ish would be the earliest I could make it I’ll assume Mark is already there and Brian and some of the others are already there….

When are you gettign there Eddy?

      1. I’m likely to arrive a day early as well, because of the longer trip – would love joining this “evening session” ๐Ÿ™‚

We tend to depart at noon and if there isn’t too much traffic arrive between 4 and 6 PM in Heidelberg (our department stays usual there when we got to Walldorf).
Then we have some food (we Belgians are famous for their Bourgondic life style ;-)).

8 PM is fine for us (Dries and I). See you there then around that time.

  1. Hi Mark,
got a question regarding the announced vouchers:
When will they be sent out?

Btw, the registration page does not show the voucher input page anymore? Any changes for the registration process?

Wow.  The SDN Meets Lab speakers for Walldorf contains just about all the major contributors to the BSP area.  Makes me really wish I could make it to Walldorf to hang out with all the other BSP lovers!

Since this is my first live performance at SDN, I’d love to break the ice by meeting you all unformally first.
    I hope I’ll make it.

        Hi all!
Unfortunatelly, I can´t come, although I planned to. After a 10.5 hour drive on a wet and rainy highway, including an expensive wrong turn, I´ve just arrived to Fellbach (near Stuttgart) to my cousin´s, where I´ll sleep. I´ve had a lunch and a beer and realized that I´m finished for today. I´m just too exhausted. More driving to Walldorf and back would be too much for me right now. Have fun and see you tomorrow!
