The 2005 ASUG (Americas' SAP Users' Group) Annual Conference is quickly approaching (May 1-4). Wouldn't it be great if there was a way that SDN members who will be attending could get together and meet face to face. Of course there will be the Networking Reception on Monday Evening. Perhaps SDN members could all gather in the BITI area (assuming the networking reception is sectioned off like in years past).
However I was hoping for something a little more fun. People who know me, know that I am a big Disney fan. I went on my honeymoon at Disney World in Florida and have been back every year since. This might be a stretch to find people, but I'm looking for SDN members, who will be attending ASUG, and who want to spend an evening at Disneyland.
I noticed that ASUG is offering discounted tickets to the Disney Parks (most interesting are the evening tickets). Several people from my company planned to go on Sunday night after the sessions are over. This is your opportunity to get together with your fellow SDN members and have a little fun. Who knows we might even spot some of those Secret to SAP's Software Magic Revieled.
At the risk of standing out in a crowd, I'll even wear my SDN Bloggers T-shirt. So if anyone is interested, just post a comment here in this weblog. We will decided on a time and place to meet in the near future and add it to this weblog as well.
