This repository manager exists only once in KM; and is already preconfigured.

If you want to use the simple Web repository to access remote Web servers, you do not need to create HTTP systems, Web sites, caches, and Web repository managers first as like the standard repository manager. Instead you enter the URL of the remote Web server into the configuration of a Web address. The simple Web repository manager manages all Web addresses specified in the configuration and makes them available in a repository in the KM root directory (the default specification is /www)

We have had so much trouble controlling the crawlers and getting the old filters to work.  I have not seen the new stuff but I am very pleased to see work put into it!
